From OGSC to Your Door

We know that once you've placed your order, you want to know what happens next.

Our goal is to provide clear expectations from the moment your order is placed until your OGSC package reaches you.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared by OGSC before they are transferred to the shipping carrier. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, weekends, holidays, product launches, and other circumstances that may affect fulfillment.

Any significant delays should be communicated whenever possible.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery time depends on the shipping service selected, destination, and carrier conditions.

Carrier transit times are separate from OGSC order-processing times.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When tracking is available, customers should receive a shipping confirmation once their order has been prepared for shipment.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier initially receives the package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact OGSC as quickly as possible.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier, OGSC may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact OGSC with your order information so we can review the situation and explain the appropriate next steps.
